Rachel has a pragmatic approach to her training, and had clearly done her research before I arrived for my session. She made some very sensible suggestions about how to change my profile to become more business focussed and less of an online CV. I implemented some of these during the training session and came away with a list of actions, which I’m gradually working my way through. As a trainer myself, I particularly liked Rachel’s style of working and appreciated her practical and constructive suggestions.
